Where is your practice on the “Trust Meter”? Low levels of trust between staff and management, or between the practice and clients result in two outcomes: decreased speed and increased cost. High levels of trust speed things up and save money. Based on work done by Stephen M. R. Covey, and his business best-seller, “The Speed of Trust: The One Thing That Changes Everything” this webinar applies these principals to the veterinary workplace, where low levels of trust can undermine practice success and result in increased staff, and client, turnover. Lost trust can be regained, and it often starts on a personal level, but ultimately results in team and organizational change and a more profitable practice. Specific examples of policy changes that can be implemented to build trust will be presented.
