Book Title: FISH
Author: Stephen C Lundin, Ph.D. and Harry Paul & John Christensen
Year Published: 2000
Helpful to: Managers and Team Leaders, but anyone else will benefit also!
Brief Review: Addressing today's most pressing work issues (including employee retention and burnout) with an engaging metaphor and appealing message that applies to anyone in any sector of any organization!
Reviewers Comments: What I liked about it was that it addresses what so many of us deal with on a daily basis – employee retention, life and work satisfaction and burnout. It is an easy read but still makes you think about how we should live our daily lives both in and out of work. I think we all want to become better people and this is one tool to help us on that road. Kris Smith, CVPM
