Book Title: How Full Is Your Bucket
Authors: Tom Roth and Donald O. Clifton, Ph.D.
Year Published: 2004
Helpful to: Managers trying to build a positive team.
Brief Review: The book reveals how even the briefest interactions affect our relationships, productivity, health and longevity.
Reviewers Comments: This is a great book to help us focus on what “fills our bucket” and what drains it. We are more productive when surrounded by positive people, but how do we develop that in our team? This book helped us focus on each other and the power we have to create positive interactions. We made a bucket for each employee, doctors too, and posted them on our bulletin board along with a stack of water drops. Anyone can jot a short note on a drop and put in their bucket. I highly recommend it! Debbie Hill, CVPM
