Book Title: Good to Great
Author: James C. Collins
Year Published: 2001
Helpful to: Leaders who want to move forward with a team on board.
Brief Review: Why some companies make the leap, and others don't.
Reviewers Comments: I found this book to be like a light bulb going on above my head. As a manager struggling year after year to achieve goals I know the need for a great team along side me. Often times defining that team is the most difficult part. Good to great uses a single line that just made it all clear to me. Donna Bauman, CVPM
