Brief Review: Social media is a tool to be embraced by veterinary professionals who want to successfully bond with their clients. This book was written to aid veterinary teams as they weave their way through creating their own social media marketing strategies.
Reviewers Comments: This book tells you how and why you would want to use Social Media in your practice. Our clients are there, our employees are there and its all about relationships. So how do you get started with Social Media? This book walks you through twitter, facebook, blogs, you tube and more. You will learn how to create policies and training to guide your team through appropriate use. There are a wealth of definitions and resources to allow any of us to look like experts. I highly recommend Social Media for Veterinary Professionals for managers trying to move your marketing plan into today's socially based world. Debbie Hill, CVPM
