The Veterinary Hospital Managers Association, Inc. (VHMA) is an international professional association, created in 1981, by and for veterinary hospital managers. The association’s guiding principles include the pursuit of excellence in practice management, opening channels of communication and networking among practices. Over 2,500 hospital managers, veterinarians, technicians and consultants belong to the VHMA.
Business Alliance Partnership
The VHMA Business Alliance Partner Program provides an opportunity for veterinary industry stakeholders to join the VHMA in advancing and assuring a high overall quality of professional service in the veterinary field. The VHMA places tremendous value on the working relationship it has cultivated with industry companies and their individual representatives. It is a partnership that has advanced not only the association’s mission but also the profession.
VHMA Business Alliance Partner Program is open to qualifying companies offering products and services designed to address the professional business needs of today’s veterinary practice. The VHMA Business Alliance Partner Program offers scaled financial commitments with qualifying benefits. Industry stakeholders who wish to become a VHMA Business Alliance Partner should submit the Business Alliance Partner Contract for approval.

The VHMA does not offer any advertising opportunities through our monthly newsletter or on our Web sites. The VHMA does not sell our membership mailing list.
Each year the VHMA holds a trade show in conjunction with our Annual Meeting and Conference. Our 2016 Annual Meeting and Conference will be held October 20-22, 2016 in Vancouver, WA. The cost to exibit is $850. The VHMA Trade Show is limitied to 30 vendors.
The VHMA annually runs a printed advertising campaign in the trade magazine Vetted. Each advertisement is designed and developed to promote the importance of professional veterinary management and improve industry awareness of the VHMA association. Each advertisement is a full color, 1/2 page placement. The VHMA runs six (6) advertisements annually. It is anticipated that each advertisement will be seen by 55,000 decision-makers who loyally read Vetted.
The cost per advertisement sponsorship is $2,000 and is offered to our Business Alliance Partners who have first right of refusal on these opportuniites. Only one sponsor is accepted per advertisement (six opportunities only). Advertising sponsorship includes placement of your company logo within our ad space, with a mention that the advertisement was made possible through your company's generouse support of the organization and the profession of veterinary management. Each sponsoring company has the opportunity to review the advertisement prior to publishing.
The VHMA is dedicated to providing quality education and management resources to our membership through our management educational programs. A VHMA Educational Sponsorship offers you the opportunity to generate name recognition by including your name and/or logo on all conference marketing materials.
2016 Management Exchange (February 18-20, 2016 in St. Petersburg, FL):
The VHMA offers two (2) exclusive lunch sponsorship opportunities for this meeting. Each sponsor has the opportunity to make a 10-minute presentation to the attendees during a lunch meal. VHMA Business Alliance Partners have the first right of refusal to these opportunities.

Platinum Sponsorship - $4,500 (includes a complimentary exhibit space (value $850) and the opportunity to make a 5-minute presentation during the exhibitor forum)
