VHMA Group Rate: $199 single/double++for the nights of 9/27, 9/28 and 9/29


Reservations Deadline: Tuesday, September 5, 2017 at 5:00 p.m. CST (or until the group block has sold)

The rate is per room, per night for a standard room. Rate is subject to applicable taxes in effect at the time of check-in. Please be sure to mention that you are attending the VHMA 2017 Annual Meeting and Conference to secure the group rate.


The group rate is available to individuals three days prior to the event and three days after the event if you wish to extend your stay in New Orleans, based on room availability.

VHMA has set aside a limited block of rooms. Rooms are available until the block has sold. Any reservations received after this date will be honored on a space available basis.


All reservations must be accompanied by a first night room deposit or guaranteed with a major credit card. A no-show will result in a cancellation fee equal to one night’s room and tax.

Valet parking is $20 daily and $40 overnight. Parking charges are subject to applicable taxes. Parking rates are subject to change.

Complimentary Wi-Fi is available in guess rooms and in public spaces.


Check-in time is 4:00 p.m. and check-out time is 11:00 a.m.  


The New Orleans Marriott is 13 miles SE from Louis Armstrong New Orleans International Airport - MSY. Airport Shuttle is $24 one-way, a reservation is required. Estimated taxi fare is $36 one-way.
