Registration Rates

$355 for VHMA Members
$595 for Non Members*
$99 for additional attendees from same practice (unlimited)

*Non-Member registration fee includes VHMA Individual Membership for the remainder of 2020 and all of 2021.

Registration rate includes Career Conversation opportunities and Software User Group access. 

We are excited to announce that many of our exhibitors and sponsors are offering informational sessions where managers can learn about their products and services. All VHMA members are invited to attend these sessions and visit the vendor exhibit booths even if you are not registered for the conference.  VHMA Members watch your email for your Free Exhibit Hall Pass.

Cancellation Policy

For cancellations received in writing prior to August 21, 2020, all fees, other than a $25 processing fee, will be refunded. After August 21, 2020, no refunds will be issued.

Should the VHMA cancel the event because it is impractical to hold, all registration fees will be refunded. Registrants will have the option to apply payments to a future event.
