The rate is per room, per night for a standard room. Rate is subject to applicable taxes in effect at the time of check-in.
Additional fees may apply for triple and quad occupancy.
Hotel parking is available at the City of Charleston owned parking garage adjacent to the Hotel. Self-parking is $20 per day. Valet parking is $25+ per day, which can be added to the guest room folio.
Complimentary WiFi is available in the guest rooms and meeting spaces.

VHMA has set aside a limited block of rooms. Rooms are available until the block has sold or the reservation deadline date has expired. Any reservations received after this date will be honored on a space available basis only at the prevailing rate.
Please be sure to mention that you are attending the VHMA 2020 Management Exchange to secure the group rate.
Check-in time is 4:00 p.m. and the check-out time is 12:00 p.m.
If you need to cancel your room reservations, you may cancel your reservation seven (7) full days prior to the day of scheduled arrival to avoid a cancellation fee equal to one night’s room and tax. A no-show will result in a cancellation fee equal to one night’s room and tax. Should you need to cancel your hotel reservation, please contact the VHMA office before you cancel with the hotel. If the group block is sold out we can offer your room to another attendee and you will no longer be responsible for the room.
The Charleston International Airport is located 12 miles from the hotel, typically a 20-minute drive. Uber or Lyft cost averages $20.00-$25.00. Shuttle cost averages $15-30 per person.
