Additional fees may apply for triple and quad occupancy.
The Alexander Hotel offers overnight parking, self-parking is priced at $33 overnight and valet parking is priced at $39 overnight, both with in and out privileges. In addition, valet offers a $23 day rate.
Complimentary WiFi is available in the guest rooms and meeting spaces.

VHMA has set aside a limited block of rooms. Rooms are available until the block has sold or the reservation deadline date has expired. Any reservations received after this date will be honored on a space available basis only at the prevailing rate.
Please be sure to mention that you are attending the VHMA 2023 Management Exchange to secure the group rate.
Check-in time is 3:00 p.m. and the check-out time is 11:00 a.m.
If you need to cancel your room reservations, you may cancel your reservation 24 hours prior to the day of scheduled arrival to avoid a cancellation fee equal to one night’s room and tax. A no-show will result in a cancellation fee equal to one night’s room and tax. Should you need to cancel your hotel reservation, please contact the VHMA office before you cancel with the hotel. If the group block is sold out, we can offer your room to another attendee, and you will no longer be responsible for the room.
The Indianapolis International Airport is located 15 miles from the hotel, typically a 25-minute drive.
