Cancellation Policy
For cancellations received in writing by January 20, 2023, all fees, other than a $25 processing fee, will be refunded. After January 20, 2023, no refunds will be issued.
Should the VHMA cancel the event because it is impractical to hold, all registration fees will be refunded. Registrants will have the option to apply payments to a future event if preferred.
Please contact the VHMA Office before you cancel your hotel reservations. If the block or hotel is sold out, we would like the opportunity to extend your reservation to another member who may need the room.
