Registration Rates/Policies

Cancellation Policy

For cancellations received in writing prior to August 19, 2022, all fees, other than a $25 processing fee, will be refunded. After August 19, 2022, no refunds will be issued.

Should the VHMA cancel the event because it is impractical or unsafe to hold, all registration fees will be refunded. Registrants will have the option to apply payments to a future event.

Registration Rates

Annual Conference FULL CONERENCE:
Full conference (on or before 07/01/2022) $635 Member/$875 Non-Member*
Full conference (after 07/01/2022) $735 Member/$975 Non-Member*

Please note that the conference registration fee includes breakfast on Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and lunches on Thursday and Friday.

Annual Conference SINGLE DAY:
Single Day - $370 Member/$610 Non-Member*

PRE-CONFERENCE WORKSHOP:
Single Day - $295

*Non-Member registration fee includes VHMA Individual Membership for the remainder of 2022 and all of 2023.
