VHMA EXHIBITOR FACT SHEET

 

COST: The cost to exhibit is $975 (U.S. funds). Contact the office for non-profit booth rates.

Booth space is limited - only 50 booths available.

Each 8’ x 8’ exhibit space will be supplied with one 6’ draped table, two chairs and a waste basket. Tabletop displays and smaller “pop-up” displays are recommended. The Constellation Ballroom where the exhibits will be displayed is carpeted and will be secured at night. 

The VHMA has contracted with Alliance Nationwide Exposition to provide exhibitor services, furniture rental, labor, cleaning and material handling services. Order forms for audio visual equipment, electrical and Internet services are provided in the Alliance Service Kit. 

An Alliance Service Kit will be emailed to you after we receive your exhibitor registration.

Booth assignments will be made by the VHMA staff just prior to the scheduled exhibit setup time. If you have special requirements regarding your exhibit space, please make a note in the special needs comment box on your registration form or contact Christine Shupe at the VHMA Office.

Each exhibiting company will receive two (2) complimentary representative badges. Additional badges may be purchased for $250. Exhibitor representatives are welcome to attend the educational sessions. Please contact Christine Shupe at the VHMA Office if your representative needs a continuing education certificate of attendance for their participation in the educational programs.

**A 30-minute block of time to utilize the private classroom space in the exhibit hall (seating for 20). Classroom blocks are limited.
