WEBINAR: Your Brand is Your Promise to Your Client: Define It. Communicate It.
Thursday, July 8, 2021, at 1:00 pm ET

Whether you are beginning, restructuring, or reviewing and revitalizing, it is important to understand your brand – how it defines you and your work and how you communicate it to your clients and future employees. An effective brand strategy will set you apart from other similar organizations. It tells your clients and teammates what they can expect from you and how you are different. Your brand derives from who you are, who you want to be, and how others perceive you. Defining your brand is a journey of self-discovery. It is hard work but can be enjoyable and rewarding. You’ll answer questions like: What is your mission? What are the benefits of your service? What do your existing clients and teammates think of you? What qualities do you want your clients to associate with you?
