This program will update members on what to expect as we exit the COVID economy and enter the new world and the many employment law changes to expect under the Biden administration. From more vigorous enforcement of OSHA and EEO laws to a renewed push for paid leave and labor law reform, it is going to be a very busy four years.

Tim concentrates his practice on labor and employment law in the exclusive representation of management.
