Communicating With Clients Requires Multiple Approaches

I just returned from vacation in northern Michigan with my family. We spend time so far Up North, that my cell phone and data coverage can be pretty spotty, at best. Despite that, I knew the telephones at our clinic were “off-line” sooner than my staff thought I would ever know about it when we had not one, but two major phone crises while I was away.
