President's Stardate Blog

Stardate 76534.34: The Executive Commander (Christine Shupe), had directed the Star Fleet (us, the members) to visit all areas of the MemberConnect to find any aliens forces (glitches) and eradicate (fix the bugs) them before they infiltrate our defense shield (become a pain to us!).

Seriously, I am having a ball with this site and I hope you do to! Being able to see this site built, tweaked and finally rolled out has been such a wonderful thing to experience.  This has been years in the making and so many people have and continue to work behind the scenes to make this experience exciting and be powerful for years to come.

What you see in front of you on this site is only a fraction of what will be added in the coming months.  Be sure to invite members to visit and share on the new VHMA MemberConnect site- Invite potential new members and future industry sponsors to view the public areas.  After visiting, they too will get the "bug" and want to find out what we are all about!

I am proud to be associated with a terrific group of progressive leaders! It is you that makes the VHMA what she is today! Look forward to hearing your comments and seeing you on the bridge (I mean blog- lol!)

Have a great day everyone!

The VHMA Board of Directors are meeting this weekend for our Annual Strategic Planning and Board of Directors Meeting.
There are many new projects / programs being developed and will be available to the memberhip in the very near future! Hint: You will not want to miss the Annual Conference in San Antonio this October. Keep visiting MemberConnect so that you can get the latest news and experience the power of this website!

Well done Jessie! You are well on your way to a promotion! Happy to hear that you are enjoying the new member tool. It does have a fairly large learning curve, but just take one tab at a time and it will fall in place. Good to have you for the ride...

I have dutifully explored the unknown with great courage (and occasional confusion), confronted alien software and navigated treacherous password mutiny and have decided this vast new world is more friend than foe. Well done Executive Commander Shupe.
Now do I get a cool badge or something?
