Engaging those phone shoppers,

We get calls from non clients all the time and the pressure and expectation is to "make the sale or seal the deal" and schedule an appointment. That is certainly ideal and a CSR who can pull that off the majority of the time is priceless and you may want to have them share their strategy and offer a role play demonstration on how they achieve that.
