How dare you!

Have you ever had a conversation with a team member that involved constructive feedback or observation, and they took it personally? If so, it likely involved tears, anger, threats to quit, pouting, defensiveness or blame. It isn’t surprising, we all do it to some extent or the other, but in in our practices we need a culture where feedback is offered and accepted, without taking it personally.

I believe this begins with several leadership traits;
