Well it's been a month and a half and so far so good! I held my staff meeting and introduced everyone to our Safety Training Manual (a copy of which is in the Sample Document Library). I made sure everyone understood that this manual and they rules and expectations within, held the same importance and carried the same consequences as our Employee Manual. Occasionally I still have to remind the staff of what they should be doing, but for the most part everyone has been respectful of the process. :)
