Discontinuation of Emergency Service

Hello All,
   We are a mixed animal practice that will be going to strictly small animal as of June 1, 2012.  We have already sent letters of discontinuation of service to our large animal clients, but now I need to notify our small animal clients in the change that will be happening especially since it involves our after hours emergency care.  We currently see small animal emergencies until 9pm and after that they are referred to the local emergency clinic, but we will be changing our policy and now will only be fielding emergency questions and referring all to the local emergency clinic.  Does anyone have any suggestions or letters that they have used in the past that would be willing to share to give me some ideas as to how to best make our clients aware of this change in our policy.  Thanks in advance.
