VHMA Announces Five Members Selected for New Emerging Leaders Program
And speaking of moving the profession forward, it’s clear that many advances within the profession are being aided by social media. By now we are all aware of social media’s benefits and we value the convenience it affords. We use social media to build awareness, attract new clients, collect email addresses, engage with others and much more. However, we should not lose sight of the fact that social media can sometimes work against us. Understanding how and when to respond to negative posts is critically important in managing your practice’s reputation.
A recent Legal Matters Post highlights the issues that managers are now facing today. It’s an interesting read and food for thought on an issue that many practices may one day need to address.
