VetSuccess and VHMA collaboration provides VHMA members exclusive access to comparison tool.
Veterinary Hospital Managers Association (VHMA) members now have access to a powerful analytics tool: The VHMA Practice Manager Dashboard, powered by VetSuccess.
Offered exclusively to VHMA members, the tool allows managers to compare their practice’s performance to other member practices, as well as thousands of veterinary practices operating in the U.S. Using the key performance indicators available in the VHMA’s Insiders’ Insight benchmark report, VetSucess has expanded the data set from 600 to more than 3,000 practices.
The dashboard provides monthly snapshots of each practice’s current and historical performance in areas such as revenue, visits, and patients. Interactive filters make it easier for managers to draw parallels between different, but related metrics.
VHMA Executive Director Christine Shupe noted, “We are emerging from a year of uncertainty precipitated by the pandemic. As managers take stock of the future, this important resource will help them to identify trends quickly and respond with timely changes.”
The dashboard is helpful at a glance but allows users to take a deep dive into data. Complex layers of practice management codes have been simplified and normalized into clear, actionable data and metrics.
