North West Florida Managers Group shares daily insights and industry information with managers, administrators and bookkeepers in our area. We are open to people who are filling some management shoes now or anticipate such positions. Our topics have included employee manuals and job descriptions, avoiding missed charges, staff training, working with associates for mutual success, inventory management, uniform policies, VHMA practice diagnostic and benchmark reports, vacation & time off protocols and much more. We are thrilled to share what works and what has not to enhance veterinary management in our area!
