The core purpose at the Veterinary Hospital Managers Association is to advance and support veterinary management professionals.
The VHMA and AVMA are pleased to be teaming up to offer a special one‐day workshop that is designed to help owners and managers assess and improve their capacity to work collaboratively with the goal of improving operations and advancing the strategic plan.
Implementing a pricing strategy isn’t just about deciding what percentage to use to increase fees. The best pricing strategies are focused on the value proposition to the client. Managers and owners need to understand the value a particular service and the related client experience provide to a pet owner. Not many veterinary professionals clearly understand how to integrate value considerations into their pricing decisions. This workshop will identify components of the pricing decision framework and how to apply them to your practice.Multiple team members from each practice are encouraged to attend.
Join us for a series of dynamic, peer-led presentations, organized panel discussions, workshops and group activities that will strengthen friendships and maximize the learning experience. The setting is informal, and the educational impact is outstanding!
This elite program supports rising stars in veterinary management who will influence the future of their practice, and guide the future direction of the profession.
