Cancellation Policy
For cancellations received in writing by January 28, 2022, all fees, other than a $25 processing fee, will be refunded. After January 29, 2022, no refunds will be issued.
Should the VHMA cancel the event because it is impractical to hold, all registration fees will be refunded. Registrants will have the option to apply payments to a future event.
Please contact the VHMA Office before you cancel your hotel reservations. If the block or hotel is sold out we would like the opportunity to extend your reservation to another member who may need the room.
