The rate is per room, per night. Rate is subject to applicable taxes in effect at the time of check-in.
Additional fees may apply for triple and quad occupancy.
Garage parking is currently available at scheduled hourly rates with a current maximum of $20 for up to 10 hours or $30 for overnight parking. Parking rates are subject to change.

VHMA has set aside a limited block of rooms. Rooms are available until the block has sold or the reservation deadline date has expired. Any reservations received after this date will be honored on a space available basis only at the prevailing rate.
Please be sure to mention that you are attending the VHMA 2024 Management Exchange to secure the group rate.
Check-in time is 3:00 p.m. and the check-out time is 12:00 p.m.
If you need to cancel your room reservations, you may cancel your reservation 48 hours prior to the day of scheduled arrival to avoid a cancellation fee. A no-show will result in a cancellation fee equal to a one night charge. Should you need to cancel your hotel reservation, please contact the VHMA office before you cancel with the hotel. If the group block is sold out, we can offer your room to another attendee, and you will no longer be responsible for the room.
