Brief Review: The text has been designed to incorporate many years worth of personal experience researching and helping recent graduate and seasoned veterinarians establish harmonious employment relationships that are financially, personally, and professionally rewarding.
Reviewers Comments: This is a technical book that is loaded with information you can put to use whether you work in a single doctor practice or a multi-doctor, multi-specialty hospital. The authors have compiled an enormous amount of information on the topic of employment relationships and everything they entail and have organized it into very logical chapters. Many years later, I still reference this book and strongly recommend you get it for your reference library.
