ACT Online Training, in Partnership with VHMA, Offers Client Service Certificate Program

Recognizing the enormous impact that customer service has on veterinary practice success, ACT Online Training (ACT), in partnership with the Veterinary Hospital Managers Association (VHMA), offers The Client Service Certificate Program (CSC). Thirty-three industry leading experts provide 15 hours of online instruction in this self-paced, video-based program, which aims to transform the way team members view and deliver client service. CSC is RACE approved for 13 hours of CE, non-medical. Thirteen hours are also applicable to the Certified Veterinary Practice Manager Program (CVPM) offered by the VHMA.

A VHMA certificate for 13 continuing education hours is awarded. This program is applicable toward the continuing education requirements of the Certified Veterinary Practice Manager (CVPM) program.
