That’s why VHMA and ACT have partnered to bring you the only veterinary specific course that teaches the most effective training methods, practical techniques and how to apply adult learning principles to become an effective trainer.

Continuing Education Credits

At the end of the course, you will have the step-by-step formula to deliver a comprehensive ongoing training program that will bring out the best in your entire veterinary team. Program resources include over 50 videos, worksheets and activities, and a Managers' Toolkit.

A VHMA certificate for 16 continuing education hours is awarded. This program is applicable to the continuing education requirements of the Certified Veterinary Practice Manager (CVPM) program.
