WEBINAR: Selecting the Best Organizational Structure For Your Practice
Organizational structures are never a one-size-fits-all approach. The practice's mission and resources should dictate the organizational structure. In this session, you will learn how to determine the proper organizational structure for your practice, how to set it up, and factors along the way that should be considered and assessed.
