dvm360/VHMA Practice Manager of the Year

The Veterinary Hospital Managers Association (VHMA), an association focused exclusively on the professional development of practice managers, along with dvm360®, the No. 1 multi-media platform in the veterinary industry, announced that nominations for the 2021 Practice Manager of the Year contest are open and will be accepted through April 15, 2021.

Awarded annually since 2014, the Practice Manager of the Year contest recognizes the achievements of outstanding practice managers in four categories: leadership and decision-making, team motivation and management, lifelong learning, and the ability to adapt to change. The program is supported by Nationwide.

"VHMA is committed to helping managers grow and thrive, said VHMA Executive Director Christine Shupe, CAE. "The association, working in partnership with dvm360®, offers a number of award opportunities and will provide wide recognition to a manager whose dedication, competence, and innovation have been instrumental in transforming the practice. I am confident that the 2021 Practice Manager of the Year will inspire colleagues as she/he continues to grow professionally."

“We are so honored to join with the VHMA to acknowledge practice managers during this uncertain time,” said Mike Hennessy Jr., president and CEO of MJH Life Sciences™, the parent company of dvm360®. “Veterinary hospital and practice managers across the nation had to step up their game and respond to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic with wisdom and grace under pressure.”
