Paula Ferguson, BA
Connecting with others fuels her fire! Growing up as a "military brat," she is well-versed in the struggles of leaving everything behind and starting anew. This unique outlook allows her to adapt to new situations and make the most of them. She graduated from the University of Central Florida in 2006 with a BA in journalism and stumbled upon a career path in the veterinary field almost directly after. Her love for communication only grew from there. What is her passion? Conflict resolution, empowering team members to be the best version of themselves, and approaching obstacles with a positive attitude, always. Business only succeeds as a whole when the team is on the same page. It is her sincere pleasure to help teams thrive.
