Running a successful veterinary practice isn't just about excellent medicine—it's about creating a team that works seamlessly together. Yet, tensions between front-of-house staff and back-of-house clinical teams are more common than many practice leaders realize. Misaligned priorities and communication gaps don't just cause frustration—they drain morale, reduce efficiency, and ultimately affect patient care.
This session gives you the tools to change that. You'll uncover the root causes of departmental friction and walk away with practical, real-world strategies to strengthen collaboration, build mutual respect, and foster a unified practice culture. The result? A happier team, smoother operations, and more consistent, high-quality care for clients and patients.
