How can I access recorded webinars?
Under the Education tab, you will see the OnDemand Learning catalog link.
VHMA members, be sure to sign in so you can view member-only free content.
The Course Catalog tab will allow you to view the entire catalog of programs. You can refine your search if you are looking for something specific.
NOTE: To earn continuing education credit you must watch the session recording in its entirety. Then you will have to option to take the quiz to receive continuing education credit. To earn credit you must pass the session quiz with a 70% score or higher. Once you pass the quiz, a certificate of participation will be sent to your Professional Development log, where you can apply it to a CVPM certification renewal period if you want.
Session recordings are typically available within days of the recording.
How do I upload continuing education certificates to my Professional Development portal for my CVPM renewal?
Under the MemberConnect menu on the VHMA homepage, select My Professional Journal.
Be sure to sign in so you can see your profile and personal record of continuing education.
Click + Add Entry to post your continuing education certificates.
CVPM MEMBERS: you will see a link for recertification instructions should you need those.

How do I pay invoices or get a receipt?
Under the MemberConnect menu on the VHMA homepage, select My Profile.
Be sure to sign in so you can see your profile and personal records.
You will see tabs for Membership Renewal, Event Registrations, Invoices, and Professional Development on this page.
You can update your membership, review event registrations, and view invoices, and make payments.
How do I find my membership ID number?

You can update your membership, review event registrations, and view invoices, and make payments. Under the Membership Renewal tab, it will take you to a screen to view your Member ID (profile tab).
How I change my username or password?

You can update your membership, review event registrations, and view invoices, and make payments. Under the Membership Renewal tab, it will take you to a screen where you can edit your username and password (profile tab).

How do I post an ad on the VHMA Career Center?
Under the Resources menu on the VHMA homepage, select Career Center.
On the Career Center page, you will find an Employers link, create a username and password to set up your account to post jobs. You will use this same username and password to review resumes.
NOTE: your Career Center account is not linked to your membership account.
If you click on the Veterinary Career Network (VCN) logo, you can see all of the organizations participating in the VCN that will display your ad.
