We just closed out our 2016 Management Exchange in St. Petersburg, Florida. It was the fourth sell out for this event in a row. The presentations and information provided were amazing, but the true secret to the Exchange is the collaboration and networking that goes on among our members. The same is true in our own clinics. While this is no secret to many of us, we often forget that many of the answers lie within the collaboration and networking of our own staff. Who better to get advice and ideas from then the people that do the job every day? Take some time in the coming weeks to reach out to your key staff members to touch base. They certainly have a pulse on the practice but more importantly a pulse on your clientele. Listen intently as it is your job as the manager and leader to harvest the ideas which help create implementation plans for a better future for all.
