To bundle or not to bundle...(fees)

Can anyone tell me if they bundle individual charges into one charge for certain services? For example, when performing an ear exam does the charge appear as one charge on the invoice (which includes an exam, ear cytology, ear cleaning) or does the client see a list of all these services with individual charges that add up to the total for the procedure? Any comments or ideas?

We use Avimark and bundle our fees. On the invoice it shows them the bundle cost but brake down showing the "Ala Carte" cost and the discounts off that price. So for example it shows the exam normally $50 but in the bundled cost they only paid like $30.
