Social Media: A New Part of Client Service

As veterinary hospitals, we always try to strive to provide great medical services to pets. Vet clinics that stand out also appeal to owners, through client service. I recently spoke with Heather, who works in admissions at the Bel-Rea Institute. In training vet techs, the Bel-Rea institute reminds them that working with pets means working with people. Heather and I discussed how, in this new age, using social media is now part of making that client connection that so strongly defines good customer service.
