| Non-members - If you are not a current member and wish to attend, you must first register as a member and then you may register for this event. Membership registrations submitted after October 1, 2024, will be pro-rated - membership will be extended to 12/31/2025. Once you register for a paid membership after October 1, a VHMA Team member will review your account and manually extend your membership to December 31 of the next year within a few days of receiving your registration. |
Cancellation Policy
For cancellations received in writing by January 23, 2025, all fees, other than a $25 processing fee, will be refunded. After January 23, 2025, no refunds will be issued.
Should the VHMA cancel the event because it is impractical to hold, all registration fees will be refunded. Registrants will have the option to apply payments to a future event if preferred.
Please contact the VHMA Office before you cancel your hotel reservations. If the block or hotel is sold out, we would like the opportunity to extend your reservation to another member who may need the room.
