Jessica Fuller, CVFP, CVPM

Jessica Fuller

Jessica joined the veterinary industry more than 25 years ago; it was fairly random, but she quickly realized she had found her passion. Always looking to grow and learn, she has had a variety of roles.  She has managed large practices in Minnesota, North Carolina and Texas, worked as the lead practice management consultant for Brakke Consulting, and then spent several years on the industry side of things helping to build and implement wellness plan software for VCP (now Covetrus Care Plans).

In 2019 Jessica returned to a management role as Director of Operations for Penny Paws, a group of five full-service general practices and weekend mobile vaccination clinics across North Texas and San Antonio, and as the Hospital Administrator for a seven-doctor independent practice in Arlington, Texas. In early 2024 she became the Director of Partnerships & Business Development for PawsTime, a veterinary exclusive on-hold message and social media marketing company, owned by her close friend, Connie Gualiano.

Jessica is a CVPM and holds a B.A. from Carleton College. Her personal passion is animal welfare and the human-animal bond, and she volunteers her time conducting research for the Michelson Found Animals’ Pet Inclusive Housing Initiative.
