Pre-Conference Workshop Understanding, Preventing and Responding to Violence and Conflict in the Workplace Speakers Ray McGury and Mike Zegadlo In this pre-conference seminar trainers from RJM Strategy Group will present a comprehensive examination of violence and conflict in the workplace including prevention, mitigation, and management strategies. Participants will examine how human behavior impacts conflict management and confrontation outcomes, learn about the pathway to violence that active shooters travel, practice hands-on tactics for surviving an active threat incident and review common sense methods to improve physical and technological security at your organization. These confidential conversations will allow you to ask questions, request feedback and can yield important insights that will equip you to be more proactive as you grow your career. Registration is required, no additional cost. Participation is limited.

While live virtual access to the programs is not offered this year, the educational sessions will be recorded and made available for access through the VHMA's OnDemand catalog after the event. For those who attend the in-person event, full access to the recordings will be provided complimentary. The full package will be available for sale to non-attendees.
