The career booths are located in the foyer just outside the Exhibit Hall and are accessible during regular exhibit hours.

Attendees will be required to review and sign our COVID-19 Notice and Release either in advance of the event or on site upon registration/check-in. Attendees will be required to review and acknowledge our health screen on site.

Risk-free Registration

Should VHMA need to cancel the event to protect the health, safety, and welfare of its members, registrants will be notified immediately and will receive a full refund of the registration fee or can opt to have the fee applied to a future VHMA event.

While live virtual access to the programs is not offered this year, the educational sessions will be recorded and made available for access through the VHMA's OnDemand catalog after the event. For those who attend the in-person event, full access to the recordings will be provided complimentary. The full package will be available for sale to non-attendees.
