WEBINAR: Preventive Care That Works: Engaging Clients, Empowering Teams, Growing Practices
Presented by: Dr. Wendy Hauser

Thursday, February 19 - 2:30 p.m. ET/1:30 p.m. CT/11:30 a.m. PT

Preventive care is an everyday part of veterinary practice, and one of the most overlooked. It is foundational in helping pets live their best lives and is a strong driver of client trust, positive patient outcomes, and practice financial health.

The importance of these services to the health and wellbeing of the pet are minimized in many veterinary practices. Due to inadequate training, teams struggle to communicate their value in a way that motivates clients to act. Uncertainty leads to a lack of team member support, causing carefully designed preventive care plans to fail.

Attendees will investigate strategies that create a culture of preventive care within practices. Listeners will explore how consistency and proactive communication increases adherence, enhances the client relationship, improves a pet’s quality of life, and stabilizes revenue in a changing veterinary landscape. This presentation creates the roadmap leaders need to empower every team member to be a passionate and confident advocate for early disease detection and proactive wellness.
