To enhance attendee traffic for exhibitors, note the following:
- Breakfast and Lunch provided in Exhibit Hall
- Dedicated Exhibit networking time each day
- Limited to 74 booths for greater exposure

- Two (2) Exhibit personnel badges per 8’x8’ booth. Additional badges may be purchased for $350 each.
- Interactive exhibitor profile included in VHMA event app

- Tabletop displays and smaller “pop-up” displays are recommended.
- The Exhibit Hall will be secured nightly, however, the VHMA and the Hotel are not liable for lost or stolen items.
Lead Retrieval with Gamification
- In-app Lead Retrieval system with Gamification included in all booth options.
- Gamification is provided to encourage attendee interaction with vendors.
EXHIBITOR SERVICES
The VHMA has contracted with Alliance Nationwide Exposition to provide exhibitor services, furniture rental, labor, cleaning and material handling services, and shipping. Order forms for audio visual equipment, electrical and Internet services are provided in the Alliance Service Kit.
