Registration Rates/Policies

Cancellation Policy

For cancellations received in writing prior to August 25, 2023, all fees, other than a $25 processing fee, will be refunded. After August 25, 2023, no refunds will be issued.

Should the VHMA cancel the event because it is impractical or unsafe to hold, all registration fees will be refunded. Registrants will have the option to apply payments to a future event.

Annual Conference FULL CONERENCE:
SUPER SAVER - Full conference (on or before 05/31/2023) $635 Member/$875 Non-Member*
EARLY BIRD - Full conference (on or before 07/31/2023) $700 Member/$940 Non-Member*
Full conference (after 07/31/2023) $745 Member/$985 Non-Member*

Please note that the conference registration fee includes breakfast on Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and lunches on Thursday and Friday.

Annual Conference SINGLE DAY:
Single Day - $380 Member/$620 Non-Member*

PRE-CONFERENCE WORKSHOP:
Single Day - $295

*Non-Member registration fee includes VHMA Individual Membership for the remainder of 2023 and all of 2024.
