Cost

Exhibit space: $995
Exhibit space with Lead Retrieval: $1,150

Booth space is limited - only 68 booths available.

Each 8’ x 8’ exhibit space will be supplied with one 6’ draped table, two chairs and a waste basket. Tabletop displays and smaller “pop-up” displays are recommended. The Solana Ballroom where the exhibits will be displayed is carpeted and will be secured nightly, however, the VHMA and the Hotel are not liable for lost or stolen items. Booth assignments are made by the VHMA staff.

The VHMA has contracted with Alliance Nationwide Exposition to provide exhibitor services, furniture rental, labor, cleaning and material handling services. Order forms for audio visual equipment, electrical and Internet services are provided in the Alliance Service Kit

Important Dates to Note:

  • Advance Order Discount Deadline: August 28, 2019
  • Advance Shipment Receiving: August 26, 2019
  • Advance Shipment Deadline: September 19, 2019

Booth assignments will be made by the VHMA staff weeks prior to the event date. If you have special requirements regarding your exhibit space, please make a note in the special needs comment box on your registration form or contact Lyn Korte at the VHMA Office. You will be asked for your booth space preferences on the registration form.

Each exhibiting company will receive two (2) complimentary representative badges. Additional badges may be purchased for $275. Exhibitor representatives are welcome to attend the educational sessions. A continuing education certificate form can be picked up at the conference registration table.

Advertising/Sponsorship Opportunities

Presenting Sponsorship: $6,000*
Supporting Sponsorship: $3,500
*Includes a complimentary exhibit space. ($995 value)

Marketplace Sponsorship: $2,750 for one day/$5,000 for two days
Vendor Classroom: $1,500**
Mobile App Ad: $2,500
Promotional Bag Insert: $1,000 (must be a registered exhibitor or sponsor, 8/1 deadline for materials)
Exhibit Booth: $995
Exhibit Booth with Lead Retrieval: $1,150
**A 15-minute block of time to utilize the private classroom space in the exhibit hall (seating for 20). Classroom blocks are limited.
