Unfortunately, due to local policy and guidelines for a safe indoor event, participation will be limited for this year's event to 250 attendees.
The schedule and program reflects the needs of a smaller event. As restrictions ease, the VHMA will adjust participation limits and the program accordingly.
Over the next several months, the VHMA will be closely monitoring COVID-19 developments. We remain hopeful that the 2021 Annual Meeting & Conference will proceed as scheduled, however, we cannot predict what the world will be like in September. Should VHMA need to cancel the event to protect the health, safety, and welfare of its members, registrants will be notified immediately and will receive a full refund of the registration fee or can opt to have the fee applied to a future VHMA event.
