Annual Conference FULL CONERENCE:
Full conference (on or before 07/01/2021) $595 Member/$835 Non-Member*
Full conference (after 07/01/2021) $695 Member/$935 Non-Member*

Annual Conference SINGLE DAY:
Single Day - $350 Member/$590 Non-Member*

Pricing Strategy PRE-CONFERENCE WORKSHOP:
Single Day - $350 Member/$590 Non-Member*


Please note that the conference registration fee includes breakfast on Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and  lunches on Thursday and Friday.

*Non-Member registration fee includes VHMA Individual Membership for the remainder of 2021 and all of 2022.

Cancellation Policy

For cancellations received in writing prior to August 20, 2021, all fees, other than a $25 processing fee, will be refunded. After August 20, 2021, no refunds will be issued.

Should the VHMA cancel the event because it is impractical to hold, all registration fees will be refunded. Registrants will have the option to apply payments to a future event.
